We're proud to offer appointment times built around your child's needs and your family's schedule — which means every appointment slot matters. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for a minimum of 48 business hours' notice, given during office hours by calling (802) 649-5210.
As a courtesy, we send automated text confirmations two weeks before your child's appointment — reply "C" to confirm, or call the office directly if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations without 48 business hours' notice may result in a fee between $56 and $175 depending on the scheduled procedure, and repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in dismissal from the practice.
If you're running late, call us — we know life happens and we'll do our best to accommodate you, though late arrivals may mean we can't complete all scheduled treatment that day. Please note that photography and video recording are not permitted during clinical appointments.
